At Home Therapy offers massage and personal training services either in the convenience of your own home or at our studio in Fountain Center. Clients have the opportunity to receive a full body massage right in their home, condo, or vacation rental. We also welcome you come to our studio to enjoy your massage in the ambiance created by fountains, music, aromatherapy, and a really comfortable massage table.

The studio is adjacent to Energize Personal Training, a private training facility with all the equipment necessary to help clients develop a solid fitness program.  We teach clients how to understand their body and how it works to maximize efficiency and effectiveness with each exercise.  Our clients understand that utilizing proper body mechanics throughout the day yields results surprisingly fast.
